Competition open to EU & EEA residents 18 or over excluding employees of any sponsors of this competition and Out Europe BV. We regret that prizes cannot be despatched to mailing addresses outside the EU and EEA. Prizes will be despatched from the Netherlands. All entries must be received by midnight Monday 21st May 2007. We reserve the right to amend the closing date of this competition. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of email sent cannot be taken as proof of receipt. By providing your email address you may receive further communication from Out Europe BV or their marketing partners. The winners will be chosen by a draw in which prizes will be awarded to the first three correct entries drawn from a verifiable EU or EEA address. All winners will be notified by email within 7 days of draw date. Prize is non-transferable. Judges' decision is final. No cash alternative. Winners' details available by sending an SAE to the Promoter who is : Marketing Department, Out Europe BV, Postbus 15730, 1001NE Amsterdam, Netherlands. 1 entry per person. The judges reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of prize unavailability. Winners who do not verify their address details within the timescale requested will not meet prize eligibility requirements and the judges reserve the right to award the prize to an alternative winner. Out Europe BV or the promoters of this competition are not responsible for loss or damage to the prize during despatch or once the prize is delivered to the address provided on the entry form. Entrants understand that the film contains scenes of explicit gay sex aimed at an audience of 18 or over. Entering the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
